Shipping Policy:
We ship our products nationwide with USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Our customized orders are made to order, most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. To better serve our customers we strive to ship our orders as quickly as we can. If your order is not received within the time frame mentioned, please contact us and we can resend the tracking information for your order. When having candles shipped to warm climates, please be aware of candles being left at the door. Take hot summer months into consideration as well. Candles left directly in the sun run the risk of melting. If for any reason shipping is more than your order confirmation we will notify you directly by phone or email to cover our costs.
Return Policy:
Our hopes are that you enjoy purchasing from FLYA, LLC but please consider the following before purchasing. We take special care in creating each product but most products are handmade and with this being mentioned slight variances can occur during the process. If you purchase and receive a product that is not what was expected, please notify us within (3) business days and we will be happy to accommodate you with an exchange if the product is unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping if product is returned to us. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoy the FLYA experience.
if your package for some reason arrives damaged due to shipping, you will need to save the shipping box, packaging material, and product. To prevent any damaged products or incorrect products shipped and received we ask that our customers open their packages immediately to ensure there is no damage and you receive what was purchased. Any damaged or products shipped incorrectly should be brought to our attention within (2) business days. If we are not notified you assume full responsibility for delivery and all products.
