Our body is really magical. It is equipped to handle the overwhelming amount of toxins which challenge our well being.

Limit alcohol consumption. Alcoholic beverages are used socially but when we consume too much alcohol it hinders the liver from it’s ability to function properly. Our liver is one of our filter organs which helps detox the body.
