Before we dive in, I would highly suggest working with each plant individually to receive the benefits and to flow energetically with the characteristics of each plant. Consult your physician if looking to work with a plant long-term to get results to assist with dis-ease in the body. Your body needs at least 90 days to show results so consistency is key. If you just like tea and need a new recipe then this is a fun recipe to work with to calm the spirit. I would love to hear about your experience, come back and visit to share in the comments below. It is also on sale in our shop along with other options. Your support is appreciated.

I have been studying plant medicine for five years now and was wanting to attract an opportunity to dive deeper into learning more about plant medicine. This journey has taken me down a happy rabbit hole where i have obtained a lot about our plant allies and their benefits spiritually and how they bring ease to the body. I have much respect for what they offer not only to the environment but to our internal environment. There are many cautions that come with partnering with plant medicine so please do your research and also learn if you have any allergies to pollen, ragweed, the contraindications, or even complications that may effect your medications if you are consuming any prescribed by your physician. If it doesn't apply let it fly. I was blessed with a scholarship to attend Chestnut Herbal Medicine School and I am enrolled in their medicine making course. I highly suggest checking them out if you would like to learn more about medicine making and foraging herbs as well the amazing benefits they offer for all stages of life. There are so many ways to incorporate herbal remedies into your lifestyle. It has shown me how to tap into my creative flow on a deeper level and how I can provide and introduce wellness tips for and to my tribe. Don't knock it until you try it. Stay tuned as I will be sharing my journey on my Instagram account @flyabehavior and @flyaherbs
